With the basement slab poured and the first-floor being formed, the building is finally taking shape! The ground level will largely be parking, but the part of the building closest to Fellowship House will be home to a large social hall. The first floor will be split between management/amenity spaces and units. The large terrace will be discernible soon. You'll see electrical conduit and plumbing lines being installed, columns to support the second floor being erected, and the concrete block fire stairs going up. By the end of the month, Bozzuto will be pouring the floor itself. Another major milestone will be the erection of the construction crane.
